Android installation and first login
Android users download the sukutoto app from our website's app download page. The file size is roughly 40 MB; installation takes subject to verification on typical connections. Once installed, open the app, and you're prompted to enter your phone number or email and password. sukutoto verifies your credentials against our account database. If you don't have an account yet, the login screen offers a link to the registration page.
After your first successful login, sukutoto asks if you'd like to enable biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). This is optional but recommended; it cuts login time to under 1 second on subsequent opens. Your biometric data is stored locally on your phone, not on sukutoto's servers, so only you unlock your account.
Android users from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang follow the same installation path. The app detects your location and confirms whether sukutoto services are available in your jurisdiction. If services are available, you proceed; if not, the app displays a location-restricted message and does not grant account access.
iOS browser access and mobile web experience
iOS users do not install a separate app. Instead, navigate to sukutoto.vip in Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser. The site detects your iOS device and loads a mobile-optimized interface. Tap "Login," enter your credentials, and you're authenticated. iOS browsers store your session cookie (encrypted) so you stay logged in between browser closes. Unlike Android's app, iOS does not support biometric unlock natively, but password managers like iCloud Keychain or 1Password autofill credentials, which is nearly as fast.
The web experience on iOS is indistinguishable from the Android app in terms of functionality. You access live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and account settings with the same interface. The only practical difference is that iOS users must open a browser to access sukutoto, whereas Android users tap a home-screen icon. Performance is equivalent; streaming quality adapts to your connection just as it does on Android.
Session persistence keeps you logged in across device switches.
Log in on your phone in the morning; switch to tablet or desktop in the afternoon. Your account session transfers seamlessly across devices using the same authentication token.
Password recovery and account lockout
If you forget your password, the login screen offers a "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address or phone number, and sukutoto sends a password-reset link. Click the link (valid for 2 hours), set a new password, and your account is immediately accessible. Reset links expire after 2 hours for security; if yours expires, request a new one from the login page.
Account lockout occurs after 5 failed login attempts within subject to verification. sukutoto temporarily restricts login from that device for subject to verification. This is a security measure to prevent brute-force attacks. If you're locked out, wait subject to verification or use a different device to log in. Biometric unlock is not affected by password-failed attempts, so if you've set up fingerprint, you can still unlock instantly even if your password login is temporarily blocked.
Security in account recovery
We verify your identity by confirming the email or phone associated with your account. Only you can access that email inbox or phone, so password resets are secure. sukutoto never emails your password; we only send a reset link. Clicking the link takes you to a form where you set a new password.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and update your registered email and phone number. Our support team can help revert unauthorized changes if you contact us within 48 hours of discovery.
Payment integration and account funding after login
Once logged in, your account dashboard displays your current balance and deposit/withdrawal buttons. Deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Choose your payment method, enter the amount, and sukutoto redirects you to your bank or payment app to confirm. Upon confirmation, funds land in your sukutoto wallet and balance updates instantly. You're ready to place markets or join live-dealer tables immediately.
Withdrawals follow the same process in reverse. sukutoto routes your withdrawal request to your chosen payment method. Most bank transfers settle within one business day. mobile banking, local payment, and similar digital wallets often settle within hours. You can withdraw at any time after login; there are no minimum withdrawal thresholds on sukutoto.
Session management and auto-logout
sukutoto keeps you logged in for up to 30 days of inactivity on the same device. If you haven't used the app or browser for 30 days, your session expires and you'll need to log in again. This is a security feature; it prevents others from accessing your account if you leave your device unattended long-term. You can manually log out anytime by tapping your account menu and selecting "Logout."
During a live table or sportsbook activity, your session remains active regardless of inactivity timer. sukutoto treats active gameplay as ongoing engagement. Only if you close the app and don't return for 30 days will you be logged out.
Cross-device continuity and account consistency
Log in on Android in the morning, switch to an iPhone browser in the afternoon, and check your desktop later. Your account balance, game history, and settings remain synchronized across all devices. sukutoto's backend tracks one account identity; every device you authenticate from shares the same wallet and activity log.
This continuity matters during tournaments or promotional periods. If sukutoto runs a special event around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, your participation and balances are consistent whether you play from a phone, tablet, or computer. You don't need to worry about account fragmentation or device-specific balances.
